Hello,

http://wiki.xenophase.net

Please start to organize the guides into Wiki format. Please note that Wiki's have no "owner", each page can be edited by any user.

Please do not include credit, your credit will be included in the history of the page, not by you putting "By *such and such*", please also try to use correct grammar, and if you feel like it.. clean up the pages in the process.

We hope that you have fun with the Wiki', but please remember to look at the Wiki formatting guide, available at http://wikkawiki.org/WikkaDocumentation

Things that are not acceptable:

- Putting "By such and such" on the page
- Using profanity, abbreviations, or "leet" speak (except AGI, VIT, DEX etc.)
- Linking to iRO pages, or other private server pages

As well as the usual Etiquette and Rules, and Terms of Service.

Regards,

Xenophase Sataff

uhh and how do u sudgest they do that? save a copy as back up for every edit and have a gm manually check each time to see if it was fucked up? lol
i really think the player should just write it up, submit it and let them be the sole owners of that part

The one great feature about Wiki's is their built in revision control, you can roll a page back to any revision, and it shows the changes, etc.

Users can even roll back if they have to, see something wrong? See it vandalized? Edit it back, and report to a Staff member!

where do you report bugs that cannot be changed?
for example, on the page http://wiki.xenophase.net/CategoryCharacter
the link for crusader is missing

I have bolded the portion I disagree with, linking to official server pages should be fine, as they have much info that is collaborated correctly, and run on Aegis, like RF. That line should be omitted; I agree fully with the other rules.

you might as well use those iRO pages then....

i think what Xenophase is trying to say is it's somewhat lazy to stick a link to another webpage, instead of having typed up information that makes Xenophase Wiki "itself".

that is, if you write "please refer to this: *weblink*"

How about crediting work from non-Xenophase users?
