when my lif was whacking marinas (dont ask), i find she gets less exp when i'm not tanking (so she's taking damage)

in that case, probably not reduced by damage taken by player, and reduced by damage taken by homun

i think homun damage is 100% to all properties.


PS why is my lif stuck on loyalty= awkward D: its level 24 now! and no i dont starve it or go over 80 hunger

Are we able to pitch berserk potions to the homunculus? The soul linked skill I mean.

I think the difference between you tanking the monster, and your lif taking all the damage, only differenciate because you hit the marina, so it'll hit you to tank. By you hitting it, the monster will give 110% exp.

If you had hit the marina in both cases...

I'm pretty sure the % of getting each particular homunculus is the same... I haven't read anywhere about creation %'s. However, there was a theory on, if your alchemist have certain stats, you'll get different % on which type you get. But that theory is probably false, cause there's like no evidence on it....

Just keep trying i guess XD

A question regarding intimay:
Assuming that each feeding when its hunger is 11-25 increases it by "100%", does this mean the value itself goes up by 1 point, as in 1 point out of the 911 points (according to some guides) needed to reach 'loyal', which means.. ~152 hours of playing time?

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the AI scripts for the homunculi.

The RampageAI .lua files seem to be pretty popular. So I was just wondering if all that needs to be done is just to copy the .lua files into the AI folder and edit the config.lua file to your specifications. Is there anything else that needs to be done? I would like my homunculus to be able to use it's skills on it's own, to access my alchemist's potion pitching skill when it's life is below a certain percentage, and of course, to be able to pvp Dancing .

When I use the costum AI script from the guide, my homu attacks it self after I log in/ enter a portal. Any ways to fix this?

You might have the CheckPvP option enabled.
Go into your User_ai folder>conf>config.lua.
Open with notepad, and find "CheckPVP". Change CheckPVP = true, into CheckPVP = false. And it shouldn't suicide anymore. You can read the paragraph explaining the CheckPVP function in the config file itself.

@Izumi
When you say that intimacy increases by xx%, I don't think its possible to have a decimal as the intimacy value, since it should only be measured in integers. Does the percentage mean the probability of gaining 1 point of intimacy instead? (I think I read this on some RO forums)

EDIT2: nvm.
I have another question tho. My vanilmirth keeps bolting himself when i login or change map. Is there a way to fix this? Btw i'm using The Rampage AI.

Not sure about this. Right now, it would only be a rumour. Is it true that the homunculus AI is actually causing large amounts of lag in RF?

I'm pretty sure that it only causes lag to the user of the AI scripts.
Cause every time I don't have the script running, there's no lag problems.
